Mien days in LA.....

So the count down begins... and what a year it has been! I don't know if most of it was bad or good all i know is that I can't wait for 2010! This year was full of surprises and melodrama... and drama I could live with out! Let's see how to summarize a year and keep it interesting enough to read till the end.
The year started fine, with a promise that '09 was the year of change. The only change I've seen is a the person who resides in the white house. I have to say, he's a lot more pleasing to the eye then the pervious occupant was :) But other then that, i fail to see this "change" we were promised! He's still got 3 more years so maybe "change" is a comin' **keeping fingers crossed, hoping I'm not let down**
I was fortunate not to loose my job this year unlike many people in the US and for this I'm grateful! And for those looking for work now, keep you head held high, and a positive look on life.... Money is just money and when we die we can't take it (or anything we bought with it) to the afterlife. Like I sad I didn't lose my job but I still had my troubles with money, mind you I was trying to recover from depression.... Man, was that hard! I sometimes didn't want to get outta bed! Luckily for me, I figured out what was wrong with me and quickly sought medical help. I recovered well and am now depressed free :) From my short lived depression, I learned that Life isn't short if you live it with hope, love and an optimistic view. It's awful feeling down and out while wondering were did my happy self go. I look back at those few month and thank g-d it was only a few month! I hope this doesn't sound too weird, but I'm also glad i went through it. It give me a new out look on life. Life is beautiful and I'm going to enjoy every moment of it!!!
One day I'll be able to finish these blogs with half ass thoughts!!
As for now, Good night night all!!!

Who says you can't be a photographer with a camera phone??

So here we go again! Another year, another fair! I what can I say about that place.... I LOVE IT!! The shows, the food, the people, the animals... the over all environment! I love the fact I can pet most of the animals with no restrictions! This years county fair was Awesome! Not only did I get to pet a cow but she licked me! It was gross! But I loved every minute of it! I felt like she was saying "Hey Maggot! Thanks for not eating my kind!" I love bovine! I'm suck a geek when it comes to them! I also got to pet a baby buffalo! Sweet!! Anyway- John and I both agreed that it seemed like this years fair was way better then the past years. It seemed like they had more things to see. All though I didn't find the Millard Sheets Gallery! Maybe I didn't see it cuz i was to busy climbing walls/fences, jumping, running away from dinosaurs, eating honey to find it. Anydo- Next year I will enter it again and have my photo hung for all of you too see it once again!

I found my favorite spot :) this place has all the honey I can eat for a year!!!

Here we go again!

LA is on fire again! Our air quality is going to go from bad to worst! Ever time these fire happen I can help but to feel sad for the animals! Not so much for the humans... I feel bad for the homes they lose but not for the dumb ass people who refuse to leave and/or die in the fire, they use up the precious time the firemen have to fight a fire for there own stubbornness!
Here are some picture from my neighborhood...

I'm blessed to have you in my life..

I went to San Diego with the family I work with (its hard for me to call her my boss, she's really one of my great friends! So, I'll just call her Jay) for a couple of days and then headed to up to Downtown LA on the Amtrak to watch Green Day for the second time in my life! I had a blast in San Diego with Jay and the family! They treat me like a member of their family, and to this I have to say thank you :) I didn't take many pictures while in SD but I did take a pic of from our room. All I have to say is "LOVELY"! Now the train is a different story. I took so many pictures in the train! I Can't express how excited I was to ride a train! I've been on the subway but its nothing like riding the Amtrak train! I geeked out so bad, I started laughing at myself! LOL! Oh man, I'm such a nerd! Anyway- before I give you guys more ammo to make fun of me with, I'm just going to post my pix :) Laters!

Oh how i lovee thee...

Oh man was the Green Day concert fun! They played for three hours!!! AMAZING!!! I couldn't take my camera in but I got some pretty cool pictures from camera phone! I fought my way to get to the front :) but first, My buddy Mel and I almost got our asses beat by a 40 year old man and his wife cuz he said we pushed them... hmm mm... um... all I have to say to that is "IT WAS THE EFFING PIT!!! WHAT DO YOU EXPECTED!!!" People, please read the following carefully, if you want to enjoy a concert peacefully, do NOT buy pit tickets, buy front row sits! they cost as much as the pit tickets! Or buy the effing DVD when it comes out! UGH! It boils my blood when retards get all mad over stupid situations they get themselves in!
Any doo- after that little tiff, the rest of the show was great! Enjoy the photos!
